A good stay, but some drawbacks
private lounge late checkout breakfast buffet options spacious room helpdesk refusal missing service old bed frame
My stay included access to the private lounge after checkout. I appreciated this benefit because my flight was at midnight. The breakfast buffet had many options. It was tremendous. The room was spacious. I liked that a lot.
I requested more amenities from the helpdesk. The request was refused. I found this disappointing.

The rooms are furnished nicely. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it included various options. The pool had city views from the 33rd floor. I could start my day in a perfect way.
The helpdesk refused our request for more amenities.

the location near the bts made getting around easy. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its diverse selections (it had both western and japanese options).

I stayed in a beautiful king room. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast buffet offered many options. The range of smoked meat, cheese, and japanese food was excellent.
the wifi was inconsistent at times, slightly difficult to stream videos.

convenient location japanese options dated room unavailable sushi
The location was definitely convenient. I could easily access shopping centers and the BTS Skytrain station. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, including Japanese options. That was neat.
The room seemed a little dated, I think. The sushi at Yamazato was not available . That was a bummer.
